Once a player has entered a skill-based contest or tournament and the contest has started, the entry cannot be cancelled and the entry fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Kitty Games cancels the contest.
3. Contest Cancellation by Kitty Games
Kitty Games may cancel, postpone, or void a contest due to technical issues, fraud, insufficient participation, legal or regulatory reasons, or events beyond its reasonable control. Where appropriate, eligible entry fees will be refunded to the player's wallet or original payment method.
4. Withdrawal Requests
Players may cancel a withdrawal request before it has been processed. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Players may request closure of their account at any time. Pending regulatory checks, fraud investigations, bonus conditions, or unresolved disputes may delay account closure or withdrawals.
